So, Money Movers 2, yeah? If you played the first one, you’ll remember those two brothers who managed to bust out of jail. Well, guess what? In this sequel, they’re heading back into the joint! But this time, it’s not for them – they’re on a mission to rescue their dear old dad. You’re still trying to navigate through a whole bunch of levels, something like 20 of ’em, and they’re absolutely packed with tricky puzzles, sneaky security systems, and guards poking around everywhere. And just like before, each brother has his own special moves and abilities, so you’ve got to make ’em work together like a well-oiled machine to get past all the obstacles and save their pops.
This time around, though, they’ve thrown in some new headaches to deal with, like these pesky laser detectors that you’ve got to time just right to sneak past, and moving platforms that’ll have you gritting your teeth. But hey, more challenge means more fun, right? They even chucked in some bonus levels for those of you who are feeling extra brainy and want something even tougher to crack. And it’s the kind of game you might find yourself playing again, maybe trying to beat your old completion time or sniff out little hidden areas you missed the first time.
You can tackle this one all by your lonesome, flipping between controlling the two bros, or – and this is probably a blast – you can grab a friend and play in two-player mode. The way the game really forces you to cooperate and the cleverness of the puzzles make it a real standout in that whole puzzle-platformer world. It’s got that sweet spot mix of needing to think hard and then act fast that keeps you properly hooked while you’re on your big, daring family rescue mission.
